Introducing Club Originals, the adidas Originals x JD SS23 campaign. Emulating the feelings of Gen Z in the times we live, we created a club space that upholds the core adidas Originals values, a space where music, style and creativity all intersect.

The brand campaign, inspired by the need to make up for lost time and the nostalgic resurgence of rave culture, saw us invite a group of Gen Z to a club space where it all happens, from the cloakroom and photo booth to the DJ booth and dancefloor.

The campaign centred around TikTok prodigy rap artist Stepz, who played the lead protagonist in the campaign with his single 'Hot' featuring as the track for the motion. His 3M TikTok followers and 123.5M TikTok likes made him the perfect hype man to catch the attention of the Gen Z audience.

Club Originals launched across the summer in two phases, initially with motion, stills and retail executions, followed by a toolkit extension where Club Originals was taken across the continent, from on buses and billboards to an Oxford Circus underground takeover.
